345e Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 345e website and platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all users of 345e regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a web browser on a desktop, a mobile browser on a smartphone, or any other means. If you are using 345e on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, though please note that 345e accounts are personal and non-transferable.

345e reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use 345e after any changes have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted those changes.

2 Eligibility

To use 345e, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 345e is an adults-only platform and minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be attempting to use 345e for any unlawful purpose.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 345e or had an account suspended for violation of these terms.

345e may request documentation to verify your age, identity or payment details at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 345e, you need to register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and preferred payment method.

One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 345e. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you believe a duplicate account has been created for you in error, contact 345e support immediately.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 345e will never ask you for your password via email, phone or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so your account can be secured.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. 345e reserves the right to verify the information you provide and to close accounts where false or misleading information has been submitted. Withdrawals may be withheld until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Use your real name — your account name must match the name on your payment account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account etc.).
• Provide a valid phone number and email address that you actively use.
• Update your account details promptly if your personal information changes.

4 Deposits and Payments

345e accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your 345e account balance in PKR.

Deposit Processing

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact 345e support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit for each supported method is displayed on the Deposit page. 345e reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

Deposit Responsibility

• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the associated 345e account may be suspended.
• Only deposit amounts you are comfortable losing. Deposits are not reversible once credited to your gaming balance.
• 345e does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank) may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 345e are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. 345e does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported method.

Withdrawal Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before being approved.

Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If you have claimed a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 345e reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.

345e aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected window, please contact support with your withdrawal reference number for assistance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

345e offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not real money and cannot be withdrawn directly. Before any winnings generated from a bonus can be withdrawn, the wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be completed. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.

Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (bonus abuse) is prohibited.
• 345e reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements or void bonus winnings if evidence of abuse or manipulation is found.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to the same wagering principles unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 345e — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are governed by these general betting rules as well as the sport-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from 345e. In the event of a technical failure during the bet placement process, the bet may not have been registered. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until you see it in your bet history.

Bet Settlement

345e settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or event. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant tournament authority for PSL and domestic competitions.

• In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport and market type.
• 345e reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended during key moments of a match.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 345e in cases including, but not limited to: duplicate bets placed in error, bets placed on markets opened incorrectly, events cancelled without a result, or bets placed in breach of these terms. Voided bets are returned to your account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345e. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use 345e for any financial crime.
• Using payment methods registered in another person's name.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Any conduct that 345e reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the platform or other players.

345e monitors accounts and transaction patterns for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts may be placed under review and withdrawals suspended while an investigation takes place.

9 Privacy and Data

345e collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account, and provide you with a personalised gaming experience. 345e does not sell your personal data to third parties.

345e may be required to disclose personal information where legally obligated to do so. All data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

10 Responsible Gaming

345e is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on 345e should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and should always remain within the boundaries of what you can personally afford.

• Set a personal budget before you start and stick to it. Never chase losses.
• Use the deposit limit and session time tools available in your account settings to manage your gaming activity.
• Take regular breaks. If gaming is no longer fun, stop and return another time.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who feel they need a break from the platform for a period of time.
• 345e is for adults aged 18 and above only. If you are concerned about a minor accessing the platform, use parental control tools on your device.

11 Account Closure

You may close your 345e account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

345e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent or prohibited activity has been detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed by 345e due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is determined that it was accumulated through prohibited conduct.

12 Limitation of Liability

345e provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 345e makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made.

To the maximum extent permitted, 345e shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or circumstances beyond 345e's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind connected with the use of the platform.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics or information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded.

13 Changes to Terms

345e may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, gaming products or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date at the top.

Where changes are material, 345e may notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of 345e following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
